Day 8: Typhoon Hagibis makes landfall

The Samurai Epic cycling trip was already an adventerous experience.  Shortly, it will get a bit more adventerous when typhoon Hagibis makes landfall near Tokyo.  I will be safe in Takayama located in the Japanese Alps.  The eye of the storm is 55 miles wide alone. It's been downgraded in strength and appears to be a fast moving storm that should pass in the morning.

We were fortunate,this was a fast moving storm. The plan is breakfast at 8am then we are cycling again at 9:30am.
